As the Managing Director of MAP Group’s Food & Beverage division, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of Starbucks Indonesia, guiding the brand to become a market leader renowned for its strong customer loyalty and innovative culture. Holds a Hotel Management Diploma from the Southdowns College, Hampshire, and a postgraduate MBA from Oxford Brookes University, Anthony just completed his PhD in Research Management at the University Pelita Harapan.
